Every vehicle is tagged with an ownership type at onboarding. Company vehicles run on your asset rate card; driver-owned vehicles run on a contractor rate card with separate payout, fuel pass-through and TDS treatment. Same dispatch board, same reconciliation engine, separate accounting trail.
Convoy is multi-region. You pick your primary region at signup (India, UAE, EU, US) and we keep all primary data in-region. Backups are encrypted in the same region. Enterprise customers can also choose a dedicated single-tenant deployment.
